Problem with downloading

To whom it may concern,
Please be informed that since two days i have been trying to update the application yet it is updating.i have also tried to delete the app and restore for the app store and it would not install.now i cant use the app at all as i dont have it anymore.

Noting that i can download any othet application from the store perfectly.

I would appreciate looking through this problem and solving it the soonest.
